Jay Pharoah has been named host of FOX’s new gameshow The Quiz With Balls, a trivia-meets-physical-competition format produced with Talpa Studios and Eureka Productions. Each episode pits two families against each other on a platform above a pool as they answer multiple-choice questions—choose wisely and stay dry, choose poorly and a giant ball can send you splashing into the water.
FOX has ordered The Quiz With Balls, a high-energy trivia-meets-physical-competition format from John de Mol’s Talpa Studios and Eureka Productions. The series sees contestants answer questions under pressure—because too many wrong answers can trigger a giant ball that knocks players off the platform and into a pool.
